Townsville's first exclusive daytime experience, launching this July at The Docks.

Set against the waterfront, Docks Day Club brings together a curated six-course shared menu and a 2-hour bottomless beverage experience for an afternoon made for soaking up the sun, the views, and the atmosphere - all set to a daytime DJ soundtrack.

Pacific Oysters | With cucumber mignonette

Steak Tartare on Toast | Chopped raw beef, cornichons, eschalot, chives, parmigiano, toasted focaccia

Puttanesca on Toast | Roast peppers, olive tapenade, capers, white anchovy, toasted focaccia

Crab Arancini | Citrus mayonnaise, salmon pearls

Lamb Kofta | Spiced lamb mince, smoked labneh, pickled cucumber & white onion slaw

Prawn Roll | Brioche bun, chopped fresh prawns, aioli, celery, citrus, chives

Plus, a bowl of fries for the table, served with truffle mayo

THE DRINKS

2-hour beverage experience

Arrive to a glass of Veuve Clicquot, with Chandon poured throughout. Sip on our signature Mandarin Drift Spritz, alongside all tap beers, Twin Islands Sauvignon Blanc, and Langmeil Shiraz - all included.
